If you’re also on a mission to glow from within around here—let me introduce you to these “nature’s botox” gummies. They’re one of my favorite ways to support skin and gut in one simple (and delicious) snack.
I started making these during my mold and detox protocols when my skin felt dull, my body felt depleted, and I wanted something that would hydrate, replenish, and give me that “you look rested” kind of glow. Now they’ve become a staple in my weekly routine—especially in the spring and summer when hydration, minerals, and skin support are top of mind. Plus, my kids love them.
These gummies are rich in vitamin C (from fresh-squeezed Cara Cara oranges), amino acids from gelatin, and essential trace minerals. Together, these nutrients support:
✨ Collagen production
💧 Skin hydration + elasticity
🔥 Gut repair + reduced inflammation
And the texture? Think firm jello meets bouncy gummy bears. Pure joy.
I use Great Lakes Wellness Gelatin (and collagen!!). They transformed the U.S. collagen market by creating the first cold-water soluble Collagen Hydrolysate aka Collagen Peptides. Plus, they’re tasteless, odorless, dissolve quickly (2x faster than other brands). — NOURISHED20 for 20% off
A glow-boosting gummy packed with collagen-building nutrients, minerals, and hydration support. Think: vitamin C, glycine, and trace minerals working together for smoother skin and gut support—all in one juicy bite.
Servings: ~20 small gummies (depending on container or mold size)
Ingredients:
1 cup fresh-squeezed Cara Cara orange juice (about 5–6 oranges)
2- 3 tbsp Great Lakes Wellness gelatin - NOURISHED20 FOR 20% OFF
¼ cup aloe vera juice (inner leaf, no preservatives)
2 tbsp liquid trace mineral drops
1-2 tbsp Manuka honey (optional)
Instructions:
Add the orange juice to a sauce pan.
Sprinkle gelatin evenly over the top and let it bloom for 3–5 minutes. Use 2 tbsp for firm jell-o texture and 3 tbsp extra firm texture.
Gently warm over low heat, stirring constantly until the gelatin fully dissolves (about 2-3 minutes). Do not boil.
Remove from heat and add in the minerals, aloe and honey (if using).
Pour into a glass container try or silicone molds.
Chill in the fridge for 3–4 hours, or until fully set.
Slice into squares or pop out of molds and enjoy!
To store:
Keep in a sealed glass container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
Let’s glow together from the inside out!
xx, Jess
